To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include the following when relevant:

  • For technical questions: your device (phone model, OS version), browser, specific error message if any, and what you were trying to do when the issue occurred.
  • For content corrections: the URL of the specific page, the section with the issue, and what you believe the correct information is. Include a source if possible.
  • For suggestions: the topic you'd like us to cover and why you think it would be useful for other readers.
  • For general questions: as much context as possible - where you are, what you're trying to achieve, what you've already tried.
  • For business inquiries: your name, company, and the nature of your proposal. We'll respond to legitimate business outreach.

Messages with vague subject lines or requests to "check my site" without context unfortunately get lower priority. Specific, detailed questions get the best responses.

Be Aware

Things We Can't Help With

To save everyone time, here's what we can't help with:

  • Adding channels to TV Garden. The channel list comes from the open-source IPTV-org project on GitHub. Channel additions should be requested there, not to us.
  • Fixing broken TV Garden channels. We don't operate TV Garden or its streams. Broken channels are a broadcaster-side issue or an upstream playlist issue.
  • Official TV Garden support. We're an independent information site. For issues with the TV Garden service itself, look for contact options on the official TV Garden site.
  • Account recovery. TV Garden doesn't use accounts. If a service is asking for account recovery, it's not the TV Garden we cover.
  • Payment or refund issues. TV Garden is free. If you paid for something claiming to be TV Garden, you were likely scammed by a copycat service - contact your payment provider.
  • Piracy-related requests. We don't help users access paid content (Netflix, HBO, Premier League, etc.) through unauthorized means.
